What is the OES?

The Organisational Energy System (OES) is a powerful, transformational tool that provides leaders and teams with a new way of looking at the overall health and performance of their organisation.

It helps you analyse and understand the issues that may be holding your business back and to find ways to create true alignment, empower others and find prosperity beyond the bottom line.

The OES is founded on the idea that organisations are living systems and uses the analogy of the human body’s 7 energy centres to play back the emotions, ambition, thoughts and behaviours of a business as a whole. For thousands of years, we have sought to understand better ways to maintain and repair our body’s energy system.

Working with these energy centres as the basis of the OES approach, provides a more humanistic way of analysing and understanding your organisation’s energy flow, and ultimately the overall health, performance and consciousness of your business.
