The story of OES

The Organizational Energy System (OES) was born out of a belief that every business can be a force for good and that a healthy and prosperous society lies in leaders’ ability to think and act in a more sustainable way.
The OES moves the dial on management and leadership thinking, helping people see a business as a living system. By using the analogy of the human energy system, we can inspire a fundamental shift towards engaging people, managing resources and raising our collective consciousness to fully recognise the fluidity and interconnectedness of the modern business landscape.
Originally developed by Pinea3, an international consulting and training firm specialising in organizational development and conscious leadership, the OES has helped leaders, management teams and employees around the world improve their organizational health, prosperity and overall performance.
Today, if we want a business to perform at its best we must ensure it has the enough positive energy to do so. We must look deeper into the causes of a problem, not just its symptoms and ask different questions.
As the old, mechanistic view of business is being challenged and huge socio-economic tensions and changes are altering our world view, the OES is the tool to help take businesses into the 21st Century.
